Having had the dance bug since she was 6, Sylvie excells in a multitude of disciplines. With her classical ballet background, she now specialises in hip-hop, contemporary dance, tap dance, latino, jazz-cabaret... She takes classes and workshops in the school of the "Ballet van Vlaanderen", in Yantra, Balletomania, The Loft, Artendance, Tap Show Company, Hoger Instituut voor Dans and also Attitude. As a professional dancer, she works for different companies and event agencies (Bouteilles Percutees, Brothers and Sisters, Blue Art…). This multi-talented dancer starred in a number of shows, clips, commercials, TV-shows, concerts and festivals. Sylvie is also a choreographer and on her 18th birthday, she creates "Je danse donc je suis", a show about the history of dance. Being a teacher in classical ballet, hip-hop, modern-jazz and tap dance, she innovates, and proposes a course of "hip-hop-tap" (mix between hip-hop and tap dance) in the Tap Show Company school. Her adventure at the side of Joelle Ribant starts at age 10, and continues now more than ever, in the school where Sylvie teaches, as well as in the company as a dancer and choreographer.
